Login to Online Banking

Sign in with a touch or a glance to view account balances, move money or make deposits. With the app: 

  • Perform check deposits.
  • Use card controls to activate your card, lock/unlock your card, or even report your card as lost or stolen.
  • Contact the bank while on-the-go. We offer secure messaging inside the app, and you'll receive a notification when we reply.

Reduce paper and clutter by electing to receiving eStatements, available via online banking up to one year back.

Keep an eye out for other notices you can elect to receive electronically in the future!

To start receiving statements electronically, enroll in Online Banking and login. Select one of your accounts, then select Documents. You can enroll in the electronic delivery of statements from there.

Easily and securely send person to person (P2P) payments to friends and family after dinner, the movies, or any situation. To start sending payments, look for Pay a Person after logging into your online banking account.

Wiring Instructions
Need a wire sent to your account? No problem! Use the Westwood Private Bank routing number, 111926167. Note our physical address is 100 Crescent Court, Ste 1250, Dallas, TX 75201. Physical addresses are required when wiring funds; be sure not to list a PO Box for the recipient's address.

Additional Services

Traveling? Let us know in advance so we can order your foreign currency. We can exchange to and from US Dollars and offer the competitive exchange rates with a quick turn around time. Charges may apply, and there is a minimum of $300 in currency value. Only bills can be exchanged; we will not be able to exchange foreign coin into US Dollars. Contact us to get started.
 
You can also advise us which debit cards you intend to use while you are out of the country. We  will take steps to prevent unwanted declines while abroad. For more info, check out the Traveling page.

iTalk is the 24-hour banking system that gives you the freedom to check balances, make transfers, and service your debit card. You can begin using this number as a new customer of our the bank. Let us know if your are having trouble accessing your accounts or setting your access code. We'd be glad to assist!
