Westwood Private Bank opened on June 17, 2019 as a division of Charis Bank. Westwood Private Bank and Westwood Wealth Management's Family Wealth Office share office space and work closely together to provide seamless service to clients across a broad spectrum of financial services including banking, investment management, estate and wealth transfer planning and tax planning. 

Westwood Private Bank is proud to be part of the Charis Family of Banks, which has proudly served the North Texas area surrounding Dallas and Justin since 1907. On May 18, 2018, a group of Texas-based business leaders launched Charis Holdings and later acquired Justin State Bank. Charis Bank was formed in June 2019 when Justin State Bank was renamed. 

Westwood Private Bank is under the leadership of a board of directors that serves the bank, its stockholders, employees, and customers. Current directors include:
